By creating an account or using 11 ID ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are old enough to use the App under these Terms.
2. Account Roles
The App offers two account types: Player and Coach. Each has a distinct dashboard and feature set as described in the App. You may only hold one active account at a time, tied to your email or phone number.
3. Self-Reported Data
All match data, statistics, career history, and achievements entered into the App are self-reported by the user. 11 ID does not independently verify goals, results, appearances, club history, or any other statistic or claim entered by a player or coach. The App is a personal record-keeping and organizational tool. While we design the App to discourage inaccurate entries (including a 24-hour edit window after which match records are locked), we make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of any user-submitted data, and we are not responsible for decisions made by third parties (including coaches, clubs, or agents) based on a user's profile or CV.
4. Match Logging Rules
- Once a match is logged, you may edit or correct it for 24 hours. After that period, the match record is permanently locked and cannot be edited, though you may still add or remove an external video link to it at any time.
- This 24-hour lock exists to maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of your record. Attempting to circumvent it (e.g. through duplicate accounts) is a violation of these Terms.
5. Free Tier and Subscriptions
- Free accounts can log up to 5 matches and upload up to 3 photos, and do not have access to the public share link, CV export, or CV download/sharing outside the App. There is no free trial.
- Pro subscriptions ($1.99/month or $15.99/year, or local currency equivalent) remove the match and photo limits (up to 10 photos total), add the public share link, CV export, and the Pro verified badge, and are billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, according to their respective terms.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- We do not process payments or store payment information directly — all billing is handled by Apple or Google.
6. Public Profile Links, QR Codes, and CV Sharing
- You may generate a public, view-only link and QR code for your profile, which anyone with the link can view without an account.
- You are solely responsible for who you share this link with. You may revoke or regenerate your link at any time to invalidate previously shared versions.
- CV export, download, and sharing outside the App is a Pro subscriber feature; free-tier users may preview their CV within the App only.
- Only you, logged into your own account, can edit your profile or match data. Anyone else with your link has view-only access.
7. Content Rules
You agree not to upload photos, video links, achievements, or profile information that is:
- Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate
- Infringing on someone else's intellectual property or rights
- False, impersonating another person, or misleading
You are responsible for ensuring that any external video link you attach to a match is content you have the right to link to. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, and to act on user reports of inappropriate content.
11 ID has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users who violate these content rules will have their content removed and may have their account permanently terminated, without prior notice.
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time directly within the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including abuse of the free tier limits through duplicate accounts, or posting prohibited content.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your photos and any content you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process this content solely for the purpose of operating the App (including your public profile link and CV). External video links (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) remain hosted and owned by their respective platforms and original uploaders — 11 ID does not host or claim rights over that video content.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in being scouted, signed, or contacted by any club, agent, or third party. 11 ID is a record-keeping tool, not a recruitment or scouting service, and we do not act as an agent, intermediary, or representative for any user in any football-related transaction.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11 ID and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reliance by third parties on information contained in your profile or CV.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
