This Privacy Policy explains how 11 ID ("we," "us," "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. It is written to meet standard Apple App Store and Google Play Store disclosure requirements.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: name, date of birth, email address, phone number, password (stored securely, never in plain text), preferred language, and account role (player or coach).
Profile information: position (or coaching role: head coach, assistant coach, or other), preferred/strong foot, height, weight, country, current location, current club, previous clubs and dates played, strengths/skills tags, achievements and their year, a short bio, profile photo, and up to nine additional photos.
Match/activity data: dates, opponents, competitions, results, minutes played, goals, assists, cards, clean sheets, and any external video links (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms) you choose to attach to a match.
Payment information: we do not collect or store your card details. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) through their in-app purchase systems, with RevenueCat managing subscription status on our behalf. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status, linked to your account, never your payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and operate your profile, dashboard, and CV
- To calculate your match, season, and career statistics automatically
- To generate your shareable public profile link, QR code, and CV export (where permitted by your subscription tier)
- To display your country flag based on your selected country
- To process your subscription status (via Apple/Google, not directly by us)
- To send you notifications you've opted into (e.g. reminders to log a match)
- To maintain, secure, and improve the App
3. What Becomes Public
If you generate a public profile link or QR code, the following becomes viewable by anyone with that link, without needing to log in: your name, photo, position/role, age (not your exact date of birth), country, current and previous clubs with dates, achievements with years, bio, strengths, every match you've logged with its stats and any video links you've attached, your Player Card or Coach Card ratings, and your season and career performance. This is a core, intentional feature of the App, allowing you to share your record with coaches, clubs, or others. You control when to share this link and can regenerate it at any time to invalidate an old one.
Full CV export/download/sharing outside the App is limited to Pro subscribers; free-tier users can preview their CV within the App only.
Your login credentials, password, email, phone number, exact date of birth, and account settings are never made public.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Firebase (a Google Cloud service), including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage. Firebase applies industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each of which processes limited data necessary for its function:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, storage, push notifications
- RevenueCat — manages and processes your subscription/purchase data, linked to your account ID, to determine your Pro status
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store — subscription billing and payment processing
- External video platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) — only if you choose to link a video to a match; we do not host or control this content, and viewing it is subject to that platform's own terms and privacy practices
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
6. Children's Privacy
11 ID is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that a user under 16 has created an account directly, we will take steps to remove the relevant account and data.
7. Your Rights
You can, at any time, directly within the App:
- Edit your profile details, including all fields listed in Section 1
- Delete photos, video links, or your entire account
- Regenerate or revoke your public share link
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us at support@elevenidapp.com
Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, and match history from our active systems, subject to standard backup retention periods.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.
9. International Users
11 ID is used by players and coaches across multiple countries. Your data may be processed on servers located outside your home country. By using the App, you consent to this transfer, consistent with applicable data protection law in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.
